March is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month. It is a progressive, long-lasting disease that effects the Central Nervous System. The damage that occurs means your brain can't send signals through your body correctly. Your nerves don't work as they should to help you move and feel. MS effects people of all ages but symptoms usually appear between 20 and 40 years of age. There is no cure for MS right now, but a number of treatments can improve how you feel and keep your body working well. Knowledge about this disease will bring awareness. MS impacts all of us. "Before I came to Medicine Store Pharmacy, I used to have to make one or two trips a week to my old pharmacy. They wouldn’t always have my order ready. Now that I’ve transferred to Medicine Store, it is so convenient and easy. Even when I’m sick, they will bring my medicine right to my door. It’s not any more expensive. In fact, I think it is cheaper. I’m very pleased. Medicine Store did all of the work for me when I transferred my prescriptions. I’m so glad that I switched."Wilma G.
