March is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month. It is a progressive, long-lasting disease that effects the Central Nervous System. The damage that occurs means your brain can't send signals through your body correctly. Your nerves don't work as they should to help you move and feel. MS effects people of all ages but symptoms usually appear between 20 and 40 years of age. There is no cure for MS right now, but a number of treatments can improve how you feel and keep your body working well. Knowledge about this disease will bring awareness. MS impacts all of us. Visit www.nationalmssociety.org for more information about this disease.

"We are grateful for the generosity and compassion of our friends at the Medicine Store. With their gifts of time and money as well as increasing public awareness we are able to reach more children. We are honored to be supported by an agency that assists us in mending the hearts of grieving children and families. "Lost and Found Grief Center
